- SJWest Consulting will work with the IRS agent assigned to examine your issue(s) by responding to Information Document Requests (IDRs), meeting with the agent to explain our position and answer any outstanding questions, and utilizing all of the many available avenues to quickly, amicably, and favorably resolve the examination
Fast Track Mediation
- Having represented a number of taxpayers through Fast Track Mediation Settlement with the IRS, SJWest Consulting will pursue this avenue of resolution when appropriate and potentially beneficial
Appeals
- SJWest Consulting will not settle for an unfair offer of resolution at the Examination or Mediation levels, supporting you through the IRS Appeals process
- SJWest Consulting will work with you to create a persuasive presentation and to thoroughly prepare you for the appeals conference
- SJWest Consulting will be there to conduct the presentation, to field all legal questions, and to steer you through the process to reach the most favorable resolution possible
